Sole Burner 5K Walk-Run

All participants that are registered for the RUN will be CHIP TIMED.

- All registered participants will receive a custom-printed, short sleeve, event shirt. Register prior to April 15 to guarantee an event shirt.
- For safety reasons, dogs are NOT allowed.
- Kids and strollers are welcome. Runners pushing joggers please start in the back of the pack.
- Young children riding in strollers DO NOT need to be registered.
- Registration for children age 13 and under is $15
- Registration includes attendance at the Friday night Paw Burner/Relay For Life event.

Kids 13 & under can join in the Kids Fun Run. This non-competitive, .5 mile run takes place at 8:15am. All kids will also receive a goodie bag at the event! Kids are also welcome to run/walk in the 5K race at no extra cost.

With our virtual race option you can run from anywhere at anytime! You choose the time and place to walk or run your 5K (3.14 miles). Your 5K can be done on your favorite trail, while on vacation, or on your treadmill. You can do it on any day that works for you.

When you register for the virtual race you will receive:

- Our super soft event shirt
- Event race bib
- Online fundraising tools
- You will be eligible for the fun Sole Burner contest and prizes leading up to the event.
- Registration includes attendance at the Friday night Paw Burner/Relay For Life event.

Virtual Race Rules:

Our virtual runs are staged completely on the honor system. By registering, we assume you will complete the mileage required.

After registering for the Virtual Race, you may complete your 5K (3.14 miles) until December 1.
Virtual Race Entry fees are non-transferable and non-refundable. No exceptions.

Friday night's Paw Burner/Relay For Life is an combined event on the evening before Sole Burner where participants can CELEBRATE the success of the American Cancer Society, REMEMBER those we have lost, and learn more about how they can FIGHT BACK against this disease. Dogs are welcome as we celebrate the caregiving qualities of our canine companions as well! This Paw Burner/Relay For Life event will include events and activities for dogs and humans alike, along with a two mile walk, luminaria ceremony, music, food trucks, and more. Each registered participant will receive a "doggie bag" with our signature Paw Burner bandana. Join us as we raise money for the American Cancer Society! Attendance in the Friday night event is included in the Race Registration for Sole Burner, or you can register for Friday night only. Sign up your team today!
