MK Splash-n-Dash & 5K Dash

The Spash-n-Dash consists of the following:

 500m swim
 5k run (3.1 miles)

* The run leg is off-road.
** The swim and run only do one lap of each course.
*** All swim competitors must be at least 12 years of age.

The Spash-n-Dash consists of the following:

 500m swim
 5k run (3.1 miles)

*** All swim competitors must be at least 12 years of age.
**** Teams may be 2 or 3 person and can be mixed gender.

The Kids Spash-n-Dash consists of the following:

 100m swim
 1/2 mile run

* All competitors must be between the ages of 6 - 12.

For those who just want to run, we offer a 5K Dash on the same run course as the duathlon.
