5K Run
This event will take place wherever our participants wish to plan their run or walk. Some individual runners may decide to meet up with groups of friends. The run window is from Sunday August 29th thru Sunday September 5th.
There will be 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place medals for both Men's and Women's categories with the following age ranges:
<16yo, 16yo-30yo, 31yo-50yo, 51yo-75yo, 75yo+ (runners of all genders are welcome to participate and will be placed in the winner group of the gender they identify with)
There will also be a special contest for runners who share a photo of their pet in their best 'back to school' gear, regardless of race times! Cutest pic wins!
Running stats will be accepted from Runkeeper, Map My Run, Adidas Running, Puma Trac, and Nike Run Club.
If you are running/walking for fun, no need to submit your running stats!
We hope to make this an in-person run for future years!
