Includes the following events: West Virginia Trilogy - Individual 50k, West Virginia Trilogy - Individual 50 mile, and West Virginia Trilogy - Individual Half Marathon

Friday 50k, Saturday 50 mile, Sunday a restful half marathon 13.1 miles. There is also a 5k on Sunday October through the meadows of the Spruce Knob Mountain Center. The 5k starts with the Half Marathon.
