BLAIRADAM FOREST WINTER CHALLENGE RACE is our BESTEST and BADDEST ever trail race.

The race starts at 12:00 noon and is held on the forestry tracks & trails within the enchanted Blairadam Forest, Kelty, Fife. The race distance will be approx. 5 - 6 miles  depending on forestry operations.

ALL FINISHERS will receive a FESTIVE BESPOKE MEDAL 

Extensive Age Category Awards - As well as first 3 overall Male & Female we also have awards for 1st Male & Female in the following age categories - Under 20, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65+

RACE HQ - Number pick-up, toilets, changing facilities open from 10:30am at the Community Centre, Main Street, Kelty  Postcode for Sat-Nav is KY4 0AQ 

STRICTLY NO PARKING  at or near the Start Area. Car parking is available in the car park at Race HQ and in the surrounding streets.  We rely on the goodwill of landowners and local residents which allow to put on these events so please help us by sticking to the rules.

PLEASE NOTE: - The Start/Finish area is a mile (downhill) from Race HQ so allow yourself 10-15 mins jog/walk to get there before the race starts at 12:00 noon.

LIMITED TO 200 RUNNERS - PRE-ENTRY ONLY - SORRY NO REFUNDS OR DEFERRALS. We will however allow number transfers up until 7 days before the date of the race. All transfer details should be arranged between the runners involved before notifying the Race Organiser of any changes.

BEFORE ENTERING: Occasionally we may have to alter the race route and distance due to forestry or other essential maintenance work. If the race is cancelled due to severe weather conditions or any other unforeseen circumstances then we will reschedule the race to a later date.  

ENTRY FEES: £10 affiliated / £12 non-affiliated  

Our events are insured and permitted by the Governing Body Association of Running Clubs and are held Under ARC Rules.
