Swamp Dash & Bash Volunteer

Looking for an event that challenges your stamina and strength to its limits? Then it’s time to get your underwear dirty--literally--at Swamp Dash & Bash! Why just run a 5k race when you can climb, jump, crawl and mud your way to pushing the boundaries of your own physical endurance? The Swamp Dash & Bash is the most challenging mud run around, with miles of challenging obstacles, and plenty of mud to push your limits.

All volunteers will be provided breakfast and lunch plus a killer Swamp Dash staff t-shirt.  The hours of volunteering will be from 7am - 1pm. We will email you the day before the race with more details.  Thanks for volunteering your time.
