Find Your Happy Pace was born during the COVID-19 pandemic by two running buddies trying to stay healthy in the midst of chaos. We believe that living a healthy lifestyle and having the opportunity to do it on your schedule, your time and your fitness level is the number one most important thing!

You’re busy. We’re busy. Spouses, kids, careers, passions… these things all keep your focus looking outward- but we decided to launch this brand to put the focus back on YOU! That’s why we offer a variety of race distances, for runners of every level (even the kids!).

Listen, we are everyday people, not fitness junkies. We eat the tacos, the cake, and are not about forming a nutritionist guide that’s right for you. We don’t even really LIKE running, but LOVE the way it makes us feel! We know the most important way you can show up for all of the many, many demands in your life is by putting the focus back on you and your health, even if it’s just when you can squeeze it in.

Pace began in 1985 with one Center in Jacksonville, Florida serving 10 girls.  Today Pace includes 21 Centers throughout Florida that serve over 3,000 girls each year and Pace has changed the life trajectory of over 40,000 girls since its inception. Pace provides girls and young women an opportunity for a better future through education, counseling, training and advocacy.
