Bartow Blarney Triathlon/Duathlon/Aquabike/5K

11th Annual Bartow Blarney Triathlon, Duathlon, Aquabike, and 5K promise to be the best yet!  The triathlon begins with a time trial start- 400m swim (traditionally wetsuit allowed), a rolling hills absolutely beautiful 12.8 mile bike ride, then a flat and fast 5k run through Floral Lakes area.  The Duathlon is a 1-mile run followed by the same 12.8 mile bike and 5K run used for the triathlon.  The Aquabike consists of the first two legs of the triathlon (400m swim, 12.8 mile bike) with no run.  All three races line up on the pool deck at 7:15 am and start at 7:30 am.  The 5k route is the same used in the triathlon and will start at 8:00 AM.   These races possess fantastic value for the cost of registration with t-shirt, finisher medals, award eligibility, custom drinkware souvenirs, and a full breakfast as part of the post race festivities!  Make Bartow Blarney your annual St. Patrick's Day race!!!
