Boca Raton Youth Mock Triathlon Summer Race Series

Looking for a healthy and active extracurricular activity for your child?  Run for Funds Florida has teamed up with The Peter Blum Family YMCA to bring you an exceptional 6 session Mock Triathlon summer race series for youth ages 5-16.

This race series will allow your child to have the opportunity to practice real life race scenarios and situations. They will swim, bike, and run. We will start out each session with techniques and practice setting up our transition area. We will do a group warm up and stretch. Children will be grouped by ages and each group will be paired with coaches that will lead them through the mock race. This is an AMAZING opportunity to get some summer training in, while having fun and being surrounded by other kids! 

Dates for the Mock Triathlon Summer Race Series are:

• Sunday June 11th
• Sunday June 25th
• Saturday July 8th
• Saturday July 22nd
• Sunday August 6th
• Sunday August 27th

Following the participation of each race, every child will earn points for completing the event. Children will earn prizes and awards based on the number of points accumulated in the series. We will have a culminating bowling party on Friday September 1st from 5 - 6:30 PM. 

Each race is $15 to register ($10 for YMCA members) or you can register for all races for $80 which includes all coaching and supervision at the mock triathlon race, bowling, and prizes for points!
