WEBE JUNIORS SPRING SESSION 2019

Kids ages 6-13

Two Onsite Coaches: Joe Falcone - Certified Personal Trainer and Local Firefighter
Lisa Swartz - Pediatric Physical Therapist

Class Structure
Stretching and drills all together for 15- 20 minutes, Breakout to Group 1 and Group 2. Then a group cool down and team building for the last 10 minutes. Two 5 minute water breaks

Group 1~ More running and strenuous activity for buildup of endurance and more challenging running

Group 2 ~ Lighter shorter runs, more games and stretching - could be ideal for older kids in multiple sports programs or beginners or those needing extra time

COST:
$85 for New Juniors
$75 for alumni or siblings (includes a $10.00 Alumni Discount)
Session payment includes dri-fit t-shirt. PAL Holiday Mile race discounts will also be given to Juniors and their parents if signed up for session. A shorter race will be available for the kids as well. No race discounts for drop ins.Dates:

Jan 13th and 20th; (Feb 3rd at 1pm due to Super Bowl, Feb 10th and 24th; March 3rd and 24th; April 7th and14th

 The sessions lead right up to race day. Race discounts.

Class size limited to 30... Coached by local Firefighter and Certified Trainer/ Coach Joe Falcone of Mountain Bound Training. Assistant Coach Lisa Wolfe Swartz a pediatric P/T that will assist in anti injury techniques and stretching.
