Pine Island Calusa Trail 5K Trail 5K Run and Walk - 2027

Event Information: 

This is a family and pet friendly walk/run.  We are happy to be able to partner with Gator in the Rough, formerly Alden Pines Country Club this year and will be offering you a more traditional trail run.  Gator in the Rough is currently under renovations and the cart path is less than 50% intact.  There are bumps and ruts as well as some inclines!  It's a fun trail course for your adventurous side!

We are also providing participant medals!  More to come on those!

Race tech shirts are guaranteed to participants that register by January 1, 2027. Post-race refreshments will be available. Post race awards will begin at approx. 9:15 am.

Event proceeds will benefit the Kiwanis Club of Greater Pine Island and the children's programs at the Calusa Heritage Trail. 

Parking and race staging are at Gator in the Rough 14261 Clubhouse Drive Bokeelia, FL 33922

Packet Pick Up and Registration:  Thursday Jan 28 from 5 pm to 7pm at Century 21 on Pine Island. 10191 Stringfellow Rd, St James City Fl 33956- Race day pick up begins at 7am at the event.

Race day registration is available by the participant's cellular device only and may be dependent upon signal strength in the area.  Please consider registering prior to coming to the event to avoid potential connectivity issues.

Refund policy:  This event is a fundraiser for the Kiwanis Club of Pine Island, if the event is cancelled due to weather and is unable to be rescheduled or if you are unable to attend following registration, all registration fees will be considered a donation to the Club.
