Torreya State Park's 85th Birthday Bash 5K Run/walk

Torreya State Park just informed me that their race has been postponed! Due to the COVID-19 Virus.  The CDC has asked for a 60 day delay. We will be rescheduling and will announce the new date as soon as it is cleared. Please be patient.  Thanks for you support of Torreya State Park!

This event will be held at Torreya State Park, Bristol, FL.  It has been a crazy year recovering from Hurricane Michael! This run/walk will bring everyone together for a non-competitive 5K Run/Walk.  Everyone will receive a Torreya State Park’s 85th Birthday 5K run/walk T-shirt and a finisher’s medal for completing the event! Come run, jog, walk or waddle at Torreya State Park on April 11th at 8 a.m.  The course will be on the asphalt service roads within the park.  After the run, stay around for some birthday festivities.

This is a “Fund Raiser” for Torreya!   Proceeds to benefit the Friends of Torreya State Park.

Awards will be presented to the 5K Run Overall Male & Female winners.  Everyone will receive a finisher’s medal! Awards will also go to the Overall Male & Female winners in the 1 mile Family Fun Run.

Fees:  17 year old and up $25 early, $30 after 4/4/20.  16 year old or younger  $15 early, $20 after 4/4/20.

Post race beverages & snacks will be provided after the runs.
