Walk, Wiggle, Wag & Run is the Cape Coral Animal Shelter’s premier family and pet friendly event!
Together, we will raise vital funds and continue our Mission in providing love and care to homeless and neglected animals. When ready, find them qualified, loving and forever homes.

Create or Join a Fundraiser Team to Walk, Wiggle & Wag for the Cape Coral Animal Shelter! Have your team gather donor pledges for your miles walked from February 15th on to Event Day! Top Prizes will be awarded to the top fundraising teams plus all of the accolades and bragging rights that come along with celebrating a job well done for an amazing cause!
5K TIMED RUN!
Run on your own, or with your best furry friend(s)! There will be prizes for Men, Women & Kids who come in first in their age group and for the DOG RUNNERS who take 1st, 2nd & 3rd place in the 5K run!
WALK / RACE ENTRY REGISTRATION WILL OPEN ON FEBRUARY 15TH, 2023.
EVENT DAY AT THE CAPE CORAL ANIMAL SHELTER - April 15th, 2023
Music, Food Trucks, Vendor Marketplace, Pet Trick Contest, Shelter Tours, Fabulous Prizes and Giveaways
The 5K Race will be held first in the morning hours from 8am to 10am.
The commemorative fundraiser "last mile" walk will start at 11am. Fundraising Walk Teams, please bring your pledge check made out to the Cape Coral Animal Shelter.
