Relay for Quay

As a result of Hurricane Irma, one of our beloved teachers at Cape Coral High School lost her home, and nearly everything in it. On behalf of my class, we were all incredibly saddened to hear that a teacher, which we have all had for 2+ years is going through something so devastating. As a cross country athlete, running is second nature for me. With the help of my principal, assistant principal, and cross country coach, we have decided to create a 5 kilometer race/run to raise money for teacher and SADD chapter advisor, Dianna Quay. All funds from the race will go directly to her, so she may handle the necessary expenses. In addition to helping her financially, we also wanted to create an event which would show her how much we care for her.
