5th ANNUAL LIVE, WORK, MOVE SEMINOLE 5K Run/Walk
No Limit Health and Education, Inc. in collaboration with the Florida Department of Health in Seminole County is hosting the 5th annual 5K to celebrate healthy living during National Public Health Week on Saturday, April 6, 2019. We are excited to bring the race to the growing City of Casselberry this year! The goal is to complete the race tour in all seven Seminole County cities. The event encourages residents, employees and visitors of Seminole County to become physically active and focus on personal wellness.
All race participants will receive a finisher's medal, t-shirt, and additional materials to stay healthy and make Seminole County the healthiest county in Florida!
Awards and recognition will be given in the following categories in Seminole County, so please be sure to register with only one designated group if applicable: Employer with the most employees participating in the race, School with the most students and staff participating in the race, Faith-based Community with the most members participating in the race, Neighborhood Community with the most residents participating in the race and Social, Recreation or Fraternal Group with the most members participating in the race.

Race Packet Pick Up
Participants are encouraged to pick up race packets early at one of the options below with a photo identification:
Front Running Sports Store: 1061 S. Sun Drive #1097, Lake Mary, Florida
Thursday, April 4 from 10 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Friday, April 5 from 10 a.m. - 7 p.m.
RACE DAY OPTION: South Seminole Middle School located at 101 S. Winter Park Drive, Casselberry, Florida
Saturday, April 6 from 6:30 a.m. - 7 a.m.
Special Notes: Please provide photo identification for pick up. If you are unable to pick up your packet, a friend or family may pick it up for you. For teams, your captain or a designated person can pick up packets for the entire team by sending an email to Margo at Margo.Porter@flhealth.gov or calling 407 665-3263 before Tuesday, April 2 at 5 p.m.
Kids Dash Pick: Kid's Dash packet pick is day of only. Registration and packet pick starts at 6:30 a.m.
