Join the Endurance Concepts coaches and others in working on swim, bike and run skills.
Housing is included. We will be providing breakfast and lunch. Dinners will be based on the total # of people that attend. Stay tuned!
Because of the nature of the bookings, the costs are non-refundable after the 10th of January.

Morning - Run Skills and Drills
Mid-day - NTC - Video analysis Part 2
Afternoon - Bike Skills - Waterfront Park
Saturday - 2/3
Morning - Technical Bike Skills, transitions and OTB run pacing - Lake Louisa State Park
Mid-Day - Strength workshop - NTC
Afternoon - Open Water Swim - Waterfront Park
Sunday - 2/4
Morning - Run - Revisit Drills
Mid-Morning - Swim Session - NTC
