Race Day LIVE Event: MARCH 1 ST 2025  

*** CHIP TIMED RACE for 5K & 10K ***

Opening Ceremony: TBA

Race Time 10K: 7:30am  - Participants are asked to be off course by 9:10am - (** less than 15min mile pace time)

Race Time 5K: 7:45am - Participants are asked to be off course by 9:15am - ( ** less than 25 min mile pace time) 

KID FUN RUN to follow race finishes PLASE ARRIVE BY 8:30AM  (tentative around 9:15am)

AWARDS PRESENTATION - will take place following the finish of all races scheduled

Awards will be given to the OVERALL FINISHER's following the 10K, 5K finishers

Overall Awards will be awarded to 1st Place Overall, 2nd Place Overall and 3rd place Overall to our Male and Female runners in the 5K and 10K races.

 

RACE DAY REGISTRATION:

OPENS at 6:45am

 

PACKET PICK UP INFORMATION

Packet Pick will take place the morning of RACE DAY.

You will receive your shirt, BIB, and Runner's SWAG BAG 

SHIRTS will be with registration packet - if you registered before the production cutoff.

** If you did not submit a size - your shirt will be made following the race and sent out with our virtual runners.

 

 

Entry Fees:

EARLY BIRD SPECIAL $20.00 for a limited time only!! through December 15th 2024  

STUDENT RACE ENTRY PRICING - 5K LIVE RACE ONLY - will remain $20.00 through February 16th 2025 for ** 18 Years old and younger on or before March 1st 2025.  Students are allowed to participate in the 10K run; however, the regular race entry fee applies to their registration on that given date transaction is processed. No refunds on race transfers.

STUDENT FEES INCREASE after February 17th 11:59pm through February 23rd 2025 11:59pm $35

STUDENT FEE INCEASES ON February 24th 2025 through RACE DAY - START  - March 1st 2025  - $55.00 

ADULT RACE ENTRY FEES - Race Day Pricing - Prices are as follows - 19 years old and older 

5K Entry & 10K Registration fees     ** NOTE: TRANSFER RACE FEES **

$25.00 from December 16th thru December 29th    

$30.00 From December 30th thru January 12th 2025   

$35.00 from January 13th 2025 thru February 2nd 2025 

$40.00 from February 3rd 2025 thru February 16th (Race Shirts are not guaranteed on race day - however they will be mailed out to participant after the race )

$45.00 from February 17th 2025  thru February 23rd 2025 

$55.00 February 24th 2025 through RACE DAY March 1st 2025  

** Transfer race fees $10.00 fee to transfer race // 10K to 5K or 5K to 10K or to another participant **

Virtual Registrants:

$45.00 Through Race Day plus an $10.00 shipping and handling fee Total at Checkout $55.00 plus processing fees

·        Virtual results can be posted within the two weeks of your race campaign from 12:00am 03012025 through 03302025 11:59pm

·        Virtual Registrants must use the RaceJoy app to complete their challenge/upload results/time/distance

·        Packets will be mailed out within the two weeks of the completion date of 03/15/2025.
