The Team L.I.A.M. 5K & The Heart and Sole 10K

The Team L.I.A.M. 5K & Heart and Sole 10K  benefitting the Central Florida Dreamplex will be held on Saturday, February 6, 2016 at Waterfront Park starting with a Guns and Hoses 10K relay challenge between teams of local police and firefighters at 7:45am.  The 5K and 10K will start at 8:00am with Cupid running in the lead; runners can try to catch him and his arrows!  The race will cap off with a Kid's Fun Run.  Participants will receive an event t-shirt, bib, timing by Sommer Sports, and prizes for the top male and female runners.  There will also be information available on resources for autistic and special needs families.

Discounts are available for corporate teams, running clubs, and teams of family and friends of 10 or more.  The team that signs up the most participants will get their picture taken at the starting line to be featured in the local paper.  Please contact us for details on this great deal!  

Entries start at $25 for the 5K and $35 for the 10K; rates will increase on 1/15/16 and again on race day.  There is a family package of 4 - 5K entries for $75.  

The Central Florida Dreamplex is a community fitness facility which specializes in programs, classes and therapies for veterans, the diabled, and children with special needs, as well as their families.  All proceeds from this event will be directed to the future expansion of the Dreamplex.  For more information on the Dreamplex, please go to www.cfldreamplex.com.
