Heart2Heart 5K Gran Run/Walk

Heart2Heart Outreach is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization committed to helping seniors by providing hope, sharing love, and restoring purpose to isolated seniors. We mobilize volunteers to connect, advocate, respond, and engage lonely seniors living alone in their own homes or nursing home facilities. Proceeds benefit the seniors in our C.A.R.E. program throughout South Florida.

Event Details

Join us for the Heart2Heart 5K Gran Run/Walk! Whether you’re a seasoned runner or enjoy a casual stroll, together, we’ll run or walk to support and empower seniors in our community facing isolation and loneliness. Let’s bring awareness to the challenges our aging population faces every day—all while having fun with friends and family!

5K Run/Walk: $30.00 (includes a T-shirt and a commemorative medal).
Kids Dash: $5.00 (ages 10 and under).
Race Day packet pickup opens at 5:30 a.m.
5K starts at 7:00 a.m.; Kids Dash starts at 8:00 a.m.

How Your Participation Helps

By participating in the Heart2Heart 5K Gran Run/Walk, you’re taking steps—literally and figuratively—to combat isolation, loneliness, and resource insecurity among aging seniors in our community. Your contributions help provide essential services such as food deliveries, care visits, transportation, and emotional support to vulnerable seniors facing daily challenges. Together, we can ensure that they feel valued, connected, and supported. Every stride you take helps us bring hope, companionship, and vital resources to those who need it most. Let’s move with purpose and make a difference, one step at a time!
Participants will run or walk on behalf of these seniors symbolizing a commitment to empowering them with love, care and essential support.
