Description
The "Stomp Out Suicide" race is a shaded, scenic 10K, 5K, and 1-mile trail run/walk in the Withlacoochee River Park. A1 Ultra Events is proud to partner with Advent Health and Pasco County Parks, Recreation, and Natural Resources.
The 10K& 5K races are "chip timed". The 1 mile event is an untimed "fun run/walk". Every Participant receives a unisex cotton t-shirt. Participants in the 5K & 10K will also receive a finisher medal.
Suicide is a national health problem that currently ranks as the 2nd leading cause of death for ages 10 – 24. Help spread awareness to shed light on this highly taboo and stigmatized topic.
“RECreate Your Mind”! Let's show up. Let's move together. Let's erase the stigma and stomp out suicide.
Proceeds from this event support educational programming and mental health awareness while highlighting the essential role recreation plays in the overall wellness of our community.

Check-in will start 1.5 hours before the start of the event you are registered for at Pavilion #2.
Course Map
All distances start and finish at Pavilion #2. The 5K course is 1 loop around the park on the non-paved hiking trails. The 10K course is TWO loops! The 1-mile course is an out-and-back and is a mixture of hiking trails and paved bike trails.
