E5 MOVES for Pace Center for Girls 5K

E5 Moves 5k and 1 Mile run/walk will take place on May 4th, 2025 at 7:00am at Quiet Waters Park, Deerfield Beach.

Please join us for Element Five Fitness's "E5 Moves" 3rd Annual 5k and 1 Mile run/walk.

100% of proceeds will benefit the Pace Center for Girls, Broward.

Pace Center for Girls provides a safe and supportive environment for girls to build healthy relationships, plan for their future and overcome histories of trauma. 

Let's MOVE for Pace Center for Girls!

First 300 runners will receive a medal and a t-shirt!

Prizes will be awarded to our Top 3 Male and Top 3 Female runners.

Event Information:

PACKET PICK UP:  Thursday (May 1st) 4:00pm-7:00pm, Friday (May 2nd) 4:00pm-7:00pm, Saturday (May 3rd) 8am-12pm at Element Five Fitness Studio. 6370 N State Road 7, Suite 112, Coconut Creek, FL 33073. Race Day Packet Pickup is available beginning at 6am.

RACE DAY: Quiet Waters Park at the Bald Eagle Pavilion. 7:00am Start Time.

VIRTUAL RUNNERS:  Thank you so much for your virtual participation. There is no virtual submission required. If you'd like to get social, please tag your time upon completion @ElementFiveFitness - we'd love to repost and thank you for your support! Your medal and t-shirt will be mailed 1 week after the event.
