Synergy 5K Benefiting the Temperance Foundation

Synergy Insurance Affiliates is organizing a 5K to raise funds for the Temperance Foundation, a registered 501(c)(3) organization. 

The Temperance Foundation is an inclusive and purpose-driven community of individuals who have recovered from addiction and now lead lives built on spiritual and physical wellness. The foundation’s mission is to inspire health and hope while working to de-stigmatize the disease of addiction in society.
Temperance offers free CrossFit-style classes six days a week to individuals in recovery with a minimum of 24 hours of continuous sobriety. Loved ones impacted by addiction are also welcome and encouraged to participate. The foundation fosters personal growth through physical endurance, peer-to-peer accountability, and opportunities for service and fellowship.
