Destin's 8th Annual Bayou, Bay & Beach 5K & 10K

Destin's 8th Annual Bayou, Bay & Beach 5K & 10K is set for Saturday, May 5, 2017! The 10K course is USA Track & Field-certified. 

A portion of race proceeds will benefit the Choctawhatchee Basin Alliance.

Race Times
7:30 a.m. - 10K begins (1:45 time limit)
8 a.m. - 5K begins (1:15 time limit)
9:15 a.m. - Awards Ceremony

Registration
The 5K is $30 through May 5, and $35 on race day. The 10K is $40 through May 4, and $50 on race day. Registration is available online until May 3, at midnight. T-shirts are guaranteed to first 400 registrants.

On race day, registration will also be available at Clement Taylor Park, from 6 - 7 a.m., for the 10K, and from 6 - 7:30 a.m., for the 5K.

The start/finish line is at Clement Taylor Park, located at 131 Calhoun Ave., in Destin.

Please note that no bicycles or pets will be allowed on the course.

Awards
Awards will be presented to the winners, male and female, in multiple age categories.

Packet Pick-Up Party & 6th Annual Destin Rotary Crawfish Bash
This year's Packet Pick-Up Party will be held in conjunction with the 6th Annual Destin Rotary Crawfish Bash on Friday, May 4, at Seascape Towne Centre. Enjoy the best Cajun crawfish, libations and live music by the Fais Do-Do Band, performing its unique genre of zydeco music. Click here for event details and to purchase tickets. Please note that tickets to the bash must be purchased separately. Packet pick up will happen from 5 - 7 p.m., just outside the event gates. Event hours are 5:30 - 9 p.m. The Seascape Towne Center is located at 80 Seascape Dr., in Miramar Beach.

Packets may also be picked up at the Destin Chamber of Commerce from 1 - 5 p.m., on Thursday, May 3, and 9 a.m. - 3 p.m., on Friday, May 4. The Destin Chamber is located at 4484 Legendary Dr. Ste. A. Packets may be picked up prior to the race at Clement Taylor Park, beginning at 6 a.m., on Saturday, May 5.
