Dunedin 5K Kilted Trail Run

Thank you for your support, registrations have surpassed our expectations! We are out of medals and T-shirts, but all are still welcome to register for the race and join the fun! Kick off the 2025 Dunedin Highland Games with the annual Kilted Trail Run! This 5K starts and finishes in Highlander Park, and includes a scenic trail run in beautiful Hammock Park. Runners & walkers are welcome to participate! Race starts at 8:30 AM. 

KILTS are highly encouraged, but not required to participate. Registration includes a T-shirt, finishing medal, PLUS admission to the Highland Games: a $25 VALUE! The festival includes top Celtic bands, performances by the City of Dunedin Pipe Band, Scottish Dance, and more!

Packet pick-up will start Friday evening, April 4th between 4:30-7:00 PM, at Pioneer Park in Downtown Dunedin, 420 Main St., Dunedin 34698. Join us for the pipe band parade followed by live music & beer tent. Packets can also be picked up on race day at the registration tent starting at 7:00 AM. Your packet will include your numbered bib and a wristband to The Dunedin Highland Games Festival. Please do not lose your wristband. This is your ticket into the festival. If you registered BEFORE March 10th, you will also receive a beer/wine coupon in your packet. You can redeem this at any of the beer trucks or wine tent. Please stop at the token sales tent first to get a 21+ wristband; valid ID is required.

Race Day: Parking is free and will be at North Dunedin Baptist Church, 1595 Michigan Blvd, Dunedin, FL 34698. Shuttle buses start at 7:00 AM and it's a 3 min ride to the West Gate of the festival, then a 2 min walk to the registration tent further down Michigan. Other lots are also available, but please note, if you park at Dunedin High School, the shuttle will take you to the East Gate of the festival which is a longer walk to the race registration tent. 

REGISTER by March 10th and get a token for a FREE BEER at the games. Participants must be 21 or older with a valid ID to receive token. 

Everyone who registers will get a T-shirt, but please note; those participants who register after March 14th may NOT get their requested size due to printing deadlines. 

Price increases to $40 on March 30th.
