Description
Our Cross Country Athletes are headed to Flagstaff Arizona to train July 20th-August 3rd to maximize their potential for the upcoming 2024 season. All proceeds will go to travel, housing at NAU and any other trip expenses.
We will be offering 2 exciting races to put yourselves in the shoes of our athletes. You can run the 5k course or you can run 1 mile on the track.
5k/1 mile walk Start Time - 8am
1 mile timed race on the Track - 9am
9:00 am will be Sub 5 minute Group
9:15 am Sub 5:30min Group
9:30 am All Other timed Miles
Handmade awards to the Top 3 Overall athletes in the 5k and 1 mile events. As well as gift cards for select winners.

Course Map/ Instructions
Race starts on the track, runs around the baseball field and down to sunrise dr. From there you will run along the road at your own risk down to Carillon Woods. Upon entering the neighborhood you will make an immediate right and stay on the right hand side of the road around the beautiful neighborhood. You will exit the neighborhood and run back towards Bishop Verot High School. At 1.55 miles you will make a U-turn on the road to head back towards Carillon Woods and complete the neighborhood loop again. Once you come out of the neighborhood the second time you will return the same way back to the track to complete the 5k.
Water stop available in Carillon Woods near the playground. So you will have to opportunity for it twice if needed.
