The Experience
Get ready for one of the most anticipated events of the year—McGregor’s Kilts and Kilometers, Southwest Florida’s most festive race and St. Patrick’s Day celebration.
Held the Saturday before St. Patrick’s Day, this event has become a true local tradition. Sold out three years in a row with a growing waitlist, Kilts and Kilometers isn’t just a race—it’s a full-scale celebration that kicks off one of the biggest Irish festival weekends in Lee County.
Hosted at Bell Tower Shops and anchored by McGregor’s Irish Public House, the event transforms the entire center into a high-energy festival experience. With a live stage, music, entertainment, and a packed crowd dressed in green, the energy starts before the race and carries all day long.
The race flows directly into a massive after-party at McGregor’s Pub, featuring live music, drink specials, and authentic Irish food. And the celebration doesn’t stop there—Sunday brings the return of the Beer’d Mile and day two of the festival.
