Description

Pick your distance or choose the Stir Crazy Challenge for this virtual event. Registration closes at midnight on May 8th, 2020. Not a runner? That is okay, this is a fundraiser, we don’t care if you are a runner, walker or just want to donate. You do not have to do anything to donate other than click the donate button. Social distance guidelines are to be observed on the way to reaching your goal. All participants are encouraged to share photos of their achievements on the event Facebook Page and follow the event leader boards.

Proceeds from this event will go to local businesses hit hardest by the COVID-19 shut down here in Lee County, Florida. Many of those businesses have given so much to support local charities over the years and are now struggling to stay open or closing their doors.

Times may be entered from April 6th-May 15, 2020.

All participants will receive a comfy race specific cotton blend t-shirt showing your support for local businesses and community.
Participants that complete 4 Stir Crazy challenge (all four events) will also receive an awesome finisher medal.

These are unpredictable times so we will require all participants to provide a mailing address should we not be permitted to hold a finisher swag pick-up time and location.

Individual Fundraising & Referrals

Individuals may choose to raise funds as part of their goal. The minimum fundraising amount is $50 and individuals that raise $250 will receive a refund on their entire registration. Participants are also encouraged to refer other competitors, friends and families to register. For each 5 challenge worthy individuals that register using a participants referral code, the referring participant will receive a 50% refund on their registration.

All event participants may post times here Submit Virtual Results. This link can also be found under the results section of the race website Social Distance Challenge. Times for the Stir Crazy 4 Distance Challenge must be entered as an aggregate time for all 4 events, not as individual times for each event.
