37th Annual Jingle Bell Jog 2015

2015 marks the 37th year the Special Forces Association, Chapter 7 has held its annual Jingle Bell Jog 10k/5k running race. This year also marks the 4th year the event will be held in Northwest Florida since our organization relocated from Fayetteville, N.C. along with the 7th Special Forces Group (Airborne).

100 percent of the proceeds from this event are used by our organization to support the families of the 7th Special Forces Group (Airborne), with particular emphasis on providing support to our fallen Soldiers who made the ultimate sacrifice.

Early Packet Pick-up and sign up period will be Friday, 4 December at Run With It in Ft Walton Beach from 11am-6:30pm. Race day sign ups are available at $35 per entry for 5K and $40 for 10K. Each participant will receive a 2015 Jingle Bell Jog T-shirt, though supplies are limited tothe firsts 800 entrants so sign-up early to reserve yours now. The after party will be at the Boardwalk featuring food, raffle drawings, and live music throughout the day, so come out and join the fun whether your are participating in the race or not!

PACKET PICKUP
Early Packet Pick-up and sign up period will be Friday, 4 December at Run With It in Ft Walton Beach from 11am-6:30pm.
Day of (5 Dec) packet pickup and registration will start at 7am at the race start area.

RACE DETAILS
Both races will start at 9am sharp from The Boardwalk on Okaloosa Island between Destin and Ft. Walton Beach. All participants will be chip timed.

The route is an out & back that will run on Hwy 98 east from the Boardwalk (toward Destin). The 5K will turn around half way down and the 10K turns around at the foot of the Destin Bridge.

There will be a water station at both turn around points.

Due to new insurance restrictions, dogs are NOT allowed in or at the race.
