Description
Spring is in the air. The temperature's going up and your mile time will be going down (hopefully.) Join us at Fred Cone Park for the FTC Spring Track Meet, the first of two track meets we'll be hosting in 2023. Please note - do not park your vehicle in the library parking spots. The library is open until 6:00 pm.
All ages and abilities are welcome. This is an All-You-Can-Race event, compete in as many events as you'd like! This race is FREE for Florida Track Club Members and children under 18. It's $15 for non-members. FTC Members: Please log in to your FTC account and check this page for the code to enter for FREE entry.
Join the Florida Track Club and participate in the numerous races and track meets we have planned this year. Individual yearly membership is only $30, family membership is $40, and student membership is $15. See the full FTC Schedule below (9 free races and 3 with discounts each year).

Schedule of events
6:20 – Opening remarks, National Anthem
6:30 – 1 mile (multiple heats as needed, starting with the slowest heat and moving to the fastest)
7:00 – 400m (multiple heats as required)
7:10 - Kids 100 Meter Days (kids 10 and under only)
7:15 – 5000m (open heat: all runners at any pace)
7:50 - 5000m Elite Heat (runners with a goal time of under 19:00 min only)
8:15 – 4x400m relay (team showdown from around the area, no need to register for this event, show up with your squad)
It's possible that some fun games will be played to finish out the event. Water Balloons? Donuts? Rock, paper scissors? You'll just have to join us and see!
