Lace up your shoes and join us for the 3rd Annual Broward Education Foundation 5K, a community-wide celebration bringing together students, families, educators, businesses, community partners, and supporters of Broward County Public Schools.
Whether you're an experienced runner, a casual walker, or simply looking for a great way to support our schools, the BEF 5K is an opportunity for everyone to get involved. Every step represents our shared commitment to creating opportunities and brighter futures for Broward County students.
The Broward Education Foundation works year-round to support students and educators through innovative programs, scholarships, classroom resources, educational initiatives, and partnerships that strengthen our schools and communities. The 5K brings that mission to life by uniting Broward County around one common purpose—supporting education and investing in the next generation.
More Than a 5K
The BEF 5K is designed to be an experience for the entire community. Participants can run, walk, represent their school, bring their families, form a team with coworkers and friends, or simply come out and support the cause.
We invite Broward County Public Schools students, teachers, administrators, alumni, families, local businesses, community organizations, and supporters throughout South Florida to join us for a morning of fitness, school spirit, community, and impact.
