Race Description
Join The Pride Center at Equality Park on Sunday, April 6th, 2025 at Charnow Park for the Rainbow 5K presented by Aids Healthcare Foundation!
Rock your most vibrant rainbow gear or favorite color for the 2025 Rainbow 5K! Join us for this family friendly 5K run/walk. All participants will receive a finisher medal, t-shirt and chip timing! All registrants 12 years of age and under are free. Proceeds from this race will benefit The Pride Center at Equality Park.

5K Day Schedule:
6:00AM – Registration opens
7:15AM – Warm up
7:30AM – 5K begins

Race Timing
Race timing is being provided by Southern Timing, LLC. All participants will receive an individual results page complete with live results, pace breakdown, finisher certificate and a 20 second clip of you crossing the start/finish line! Free New Runner Training
Begins Wednesday, January 29, 2025, 6:30PM. Join Now
Front Runners & Walkers Fort Lauderdale (FRWFL) will offer a FREE nine week training program for new or aspiring runners. We will help you prepare to complete a 5K race. Individuals who maintain regular participation in the program will receive a free registration for our goal race in late April. The training will be offered three times each week during our club's regular meetup times/locations. Membership in FRWFL is not required.
