This training is designed for runners of all skill levels. If you've wanted to run a marathon or half marathon but did not know how to get started or how to improve, this training is for you. Having a personal coachl will provide you with the tools you need to change things up where needed, guide you through your training and get you to the starting line healthy, physically fit and confident to meet your goal.
