Run your way to a healthier, happier, stronger, and more confident body, mind, and spirit. One day and one mile at a time for 90 days.

We want to help you incorporate exercise into your life by completing 90 miles in 90 days. This challenge will help you to lose weight, tone, build endurance, improve strength and so much more. All you have to do is complete 1 mile a day. Can’t run? Then jog. Can’t jog? Then walk. It isn’t how fast or slow you go, but that you give it your absolute best, whatever YOUR best is each and every single day.

This challenge is for people of all shapes and sizes, and for people of all fitness levels. We believe the journey of developing healthy habits should be FUN! We also know having accountability greatly strengthens the desire to succeed. We are on a mission to get people moving and developing lasting healthy habits.
