1 Mile Youth Race and 1 Mile Walk
Join us on Saturday March 25th at the Ed Austin Regional Park. Both events will be chip timed, and will benefit the Stanton Athletics Booster Club.
All participants will receive giveaways including; Event Shirt, Panera Bagels and Coffee, Pandesal from The Baker’s Son by Valerio’s, free scoop cup cards from Whit’s Custard, snacks & drinks.
Raffle for three $100 gift cards from Black Sheep Restaurant Group with a Stanton teacher/administrator guaranteed to win at least one card to Black Sheep, Restaurant Orsay or Bellwether

Overall Awards will be presented as follows:
5K Male- 1st Place $25 Chick-fil-A gift card
5K Female- - 1st Place $25 Chick-fil-A gift card
5K Stanton Male teacher/administrator/coach- 1st Place $25 Chick-fil-A gift card
5K Stanton Female teacher/administrator/coach- 1st Place $25 Chick-fil-A gift card
1 Mile Boy- 1st Place $15 Chick-fil-A gift card
1 Mile Girl- 1st Place $15 Chick-fil-A gift card
AGE GROUPS - 10 YEAR INTERVALS
Age group awards will be presented to the top three men and the top three women in the following age groups:
0-9, 10-13, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50 Plus
The 1 Mile event will host youth age groups: 0-6, 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14.
Runners will only receive one award: overall, masters, or an age group award. Placements for awards are based on gun time, not chip time unless otherwise noted.

The mission of the booster club is to provide support to all sports teams (23) at Stanton; assist the teams in providing financial accounting services, planning events organizing team building and fundraising activities, in an effort to improve all Stanton's athletic programs.
Our goal is to offer four $500 Scholarships to student athletes annually to further their education.
The 5K is an out and back run along the beautiful Ed Austin walk way. Start and finish are located near the football field.
