Description
Come walk with us! Join the Lauren’s Kids foundation and thousands of walkers across the state for the 2024 Walk in My Shoes 1,500-mile trek across Florida – beginning in Key West! Walk for 3 miles or more…every step counts in the fight to prevent child sexual abuse and help survivors heal.
#WhyWeWalk: Together, we’re walking during the month of April – National Sexual Assault Awareness Month and National Child Abuse Prevention Month – to raise awareness, educate communities, and empower survivors.
We'll start registration at the Southernmost Point in Key West at 6:45 am on Wednesday, April 3, 2024, and start walking at 7:15 am. We'll walk 3 miles down Duval Street, ending at Publix at Key Plaza!
