5K Reindeer Trot

The 5K Reindeer Trot is a run created to honor the life and legacy of Dakota Thacker. All proceeds support scholarships to KHHS Volleyball. 

Early bib pick-up:

• Friday, December 12th  5:00pm - 6:30pm 

Race day registration hours:  

• 7:00 - 7:45am

Parking:

Awards:

• The top three overall male and female finishers will receive an award. Awards will be based on time. In addition, the top three male and female finishers in the following categories will be recognized: 12 and under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, over 70 and wheelchair division.

Amenities:

• Restrooms on-site, Band, Hydration Stations

• Refunds are not allowed for this race.

We need volunteers to help make this event safe and successful for all our runners. Please sign up to volunteer by clicking the 'Volunteer' tab above. All volunteers, please arrive at the race start by 7:15 am on race morning for directions on how to assist. 

The 5K Reindeer Trot begins at 205 SW Magnolia Avenue, heading through the charming city streets of Keystone Heights. The route travels past Keystone Heights Elementary School before looping through surrounding neighborhood roads. Participants will enjoy a safe, paved, and well-marked course that returns to the start/finish line where the run began.
