Cancelled Race
I hope this message finds you well. We want to express our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience we are about to cause. It is with a heavy heart that we must inform you that we have to cancel the upcoming race scheduled for October 2023 due to insufficient sign-ups.
We understand the anticipation and excitement that come with preparing for a race, and we share in your disappointment. Please know that this decision was not made lightly, and we explored every possible option to avoid cancellation. Unfortunately, the minimum number of participants required for the event to proceed was not met.
Once again, we deeply regret having to cancel this race, and we thank you for your understanding and continued support. We look forward to welcoming you at our next event and providing you with a remarkable racing experience.

DISTANCES: 5k (3.1 miles)
COURSE: Enjoy a scenic race route through our community. The 5k route is one loop.
PACKET PICK-UP: Friday, October 20th, 2023 from 2 pm - 7 pm (Deerwood Park)
RACE DAY SCHEDULE:
10:00 - Registration Opens ($5 per person for late registration)
11:45 - Registration Closes
12:00 - 5k race start
2:00- Awards Presentation for best costume
