Will Run for Pancakes 5K & Pancake Breakfast 2024 (Rescheduled)

We are VERY excited to have the race start at our school's location at South Florida State College - Lake Placid!  The address is 500 E. Interlake Blvd., Building 500, Lake Placid, FL 33852.  The route will be the same as 2023 AND the Pancake Breakfast will be inside so we do not have any weather issues. Yay!!

Date: Saturday, May 11th, 2024 The race begins at 7:00 a.m. and features a "tour" of the fabulous murals of Lake Placid, Florida as well as catching the warm breeze, (we hope, LOL), from Lake June. All proceeds benefit Lake Placid E-Learning Lab & Academy, a not-for-profit school.

Check-in begins at 6:30 a.m. with the official launch at 7 am.  ALL runners will receive a race t-shirt, goodie bag, and delicious breakfast!
Men's / Women's Age groups are:
      12 and under;  13-17;  18-29;  30-39;  40-49;  50-59; 60- 69 and over 70  

     Pancake Breakfast Begins as soon as the runners return and at 8:30 a.m. for non-runners.

Remember: Our Raffle will be available where you can purchase tickets for Gift Certificates, Home Decor, and so much more!  Most drawings will be held at our at 10 a.m. so our "Out-of-Towners" can take their winnings with them!

YES! We will have an awards ceremony approximately 30 minutes after the final racer crosses the finish line.
