Registration fee for timed run includes t-shirt, chip, bib, and finisher medal
Awards to 1st/2nd/3rd place overall, 1st place master, 1st place grandmaster. Age group awards to 1st/2nd/3rd place in 5-year increments from 14 and under, 15-19,...75 and over) - 5K Walk (untimed) - In-person event on October 5, 2024 in John Prince Park (start 7:32am)
Registration fee for non-timed includes t-shirt, bib, and finisher medal. - 5K Virtual Event - Run/Walk a 5K at your own place between September 29 and October 13, 2024
Registration fee includes t-shirt, finisher medal, virtual bib and finisher certificate.
100% of race proceeds go toward CROS Ministries' hunger programs.

Picking up for more than 3 people? Please send us a list with all names to madeleine@k2roadsports.com by 3PM the day before pickup so we can prepare the packets in advance.

ABOUT CROS MINISTRIES
CROS Ministries serves the hungry in Palm Beach and Martin Counties through community collaborations. Our programs include eight food pantries distributing food from 13 different locations; Gleaning, a food recovery program; The Caring Kitchen, a hot meal program; and a summer camp for children from families with low incomes. We operate with a staff of 22 and a corps of dedicated volunteers who help with day-to-day operations.
