Vegan Panko Crusted Eggplant with Curried Chickpea Topping

Your choice of tea (sweet/unsweet) or water. A cash bar will be available.


The event is $25 for members and $30 for guests.

An additional +$5 charge per Vegan plate will be applied.

The LRC will hold their annual meeting and elect the 2026 board of directors. 

There will be raffles and photo opportunities throughout the party.

Live music will be provided by Brenda James & Rob Armstrong.

Members may bring a guest.
