Description
Lakeland Runners Club is excited to announce a new kids' race series for 2019 - 2020! This three part race series will expose elementary-aged children to different types of running: track, cross country and road racing. All races are free and open to kids in kindergarten through fifth grade. Participants can choose to compete in the entire series or just one race.
Race #1: Tuesday, December 17, 2019 @ 5pm - Lakeland High School Track
Race #2: Saturday, January 18, 2020 @ 7:30am - Holloway Park
Race #3: May 19, 2020 @ 5:30pm - Location TBD

Weather Policy
The safety of our participants is our highest priority. Races will be held rain or shine and will not be cancelled except for cases of severe weather or unsafe road/trail conditions. Less threatening conditions may cause alterations of the course or post-event activities to ensure participant, volunteer, and community safety.
