Finish: Final ¼ mile on the BRAND NEW stadium track!

Get ready for a true cross country experience! The Sunlake campus course offers a dynamic mix of grass and road, with an exciting final quarter-mile finish on the stadium track — perfect for spectators to cheer runners across the line.

Men: Beat the All-Time Pasco County Cross Country Record of 15:14
Women: Beat the Female Course Record of 18:44 set by Abigail Williams

Anyone who breaks one of these records will receive:

-Lifetime FREE registration to all future Seahawks 5K races
-Your name featured on future race flyers & t-shirts
-Permanent bragging rights

Seymour the Seahawk has invited some of his friends for a Mascot Sprint taking place right before the 5k.

Raffle available including prizes from American Running Company, Tampa Bay Rowdies, Run Gasparilla, Texas Roadhouse, and more!

Pre-registration by June 30th is $25. Price increases to $35 on July 1st. Price increases to $40 on August 1st. Race-day registration is available for $45. Dri-fit t-shirts guaranteed to those who register by July 31st. 

High school, middle school, youth club, and college teams are welcome to run at the discounted team rate of $10 per runner (t-shirts are not included, but will be available for purchase on a first-come basis). 

Teams: Email us to have your team added or have the first runner on your team sign up and create the team. Please bring a check payable to TRC Race Management for $10 x the amount of athletes. Teams are separated by gender. Awards for Fastest Girls Team and Fastest Boys Team.

Awards: Overall Male and Overall Female, Fastest Boys Team (based on Top 5 XC Scoring), Fastest Girls Team (based on Top 5 XC Scoring)

Top three in each age group: 10 & under, 11-13, 14-16, 17-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 & Over

DONATIONS WILL BE GLADLY ACCEPTED AND YOUR SUPPORT IS GREATLY APPRECIATED!!

Donations go towards funding the team's uniforms and apparel, travel expenses, and training equipment.

PACKET PICK-UP FRIDAY, AUGUST 7TH 4:00PM-7:00PM at Sunlake High School Track:

Packets can also be picked up the morning of the race starting at 6:00 AM.
