Description
The chip timed Neon Re-Run 5K starts and finishes near the Eau Gallie Square on Highland Avenue. The 2 loop course runs through the neighborhoods along Highland Avenue. The event features a family- friendly, 80s themed fun run or walk for all ages and abilities. Dress in your best retro 80s costume - the bigger the hair the better! Jelly bracelets, leopard pants, or anything florescent is TOTALLY RAD! And nothing is more 80s than NEON, so get ready to GLOW. The 5K course will have several GLOW ZONES, access to FREE GLOW paint prior to the start, GLOW bracelets in race packets and a post race 80s Dance Party with LIVE MUSIC by KATTY SHACK in Eau Gallie Square. We will also be selling additional glow items at the race to help you really shine. The race is presented by the Junior League of South Brevard, Inc. as a community fundraising event. Proceeds benefit local Junior League community grants and projects: Fueling Kids and Kids in the Kitchen.
