Walk In My Shoes 2024 - Miami Afternoon Walk

Come walk with us! Join the Lauren’s Kids foundation and thousands of walkers across the state for the 2024 Walk in My Shoes 1,500-mile trek across Florida – beginning in Key West! Walk for 3 miles or more…every step counts in the fight to prevent child sexual abuse and help survivors heal. 

#WhyWeWalk: Together, we’re walking during the month of April – National Sexual Assault Awareness Month and National Child Abuse Prevention Month –  to raise awareness, educate communities, and empower survivors.

We'll start registration at Hard Rock Stadium (look for the sign for LOT 18) at 11:50 am on Saturday, April 6, 2024, and start walking at 12:35 pm.  We'll walk 3.1 miles to Visitation Catholic Church where we'll take a water break. Those feeling adventurous can continue on with us for even more miles and end the walk with our family festival at the David Lawrence Jr. K-8 School at 15000 Bay Vista Boulevard! Registration online will end at 4:00 pm on April 5th but you can still register in person at the walk!
