In celebration of American Heart Month, and in support of the Million Hearts initiative by the CDC and CMS, Ascension Sacred Heart Cardiology is hosting our second annual virtual 5 K race/challenge. Our efforts continue to encourage cardiovascular health and awareness, reduce heart disease, and improve physical fitness. The race will kick off on Friday, February 4th on National Wear Red Day, raising awareness for heart disease in women. Race continues through the week and ends the following Saturday, February 12th. Participation is not limited to running - run, walk, jog, bike. Just get your body moving and your heart pumping! Share your race photos and document your time, encourage your friends and family to participate. Can't wait to see you out there building a stronger and healthier community!
