Description: Gulf Coast Runners is offering a coaching education class to coaches of the SWFL middle school running community. This clinic will provide information on forming and organizing a successful track and field team. Our USA Track and Field certified speakers will feature informative discussion regarding distance running training plans, principles of a successful practice, field event basics, and coaching philosophy.
