Naples Track Relay

Welcome to the First Naples Track Relay! This is a Free Event. This will be Small & Fun! Event! Space is limited so sign up ASAP! 

FOOD, MUSIC & Prizes! 

Teams of 2-4 people may sign up. 

There will be 3 categories:

Category A (8 Teams MAX) :Teams with all or at least 1 child ( 5-12 years old)

Category B (8 Teams MAX) : Teams with New or Non competing Runners Ages 12+

Category C (8 Teams MAX) :Teams with Competitive Runners 12+ (You race, You train, You run) 

The Relay

This is a 1 mile Relay each teammate will make a full revolution around the track 400 meters once to total 1600 meters (1 mile) . 2 of you will sprint around the track and 2 will do a series of exercises and short sprints every 100 meters to complete the full revolution of track. IF THERE ARE LESS THAN 4 TEAM MATES ON A TEAM , EACH TEAM MATE OR 1 OF THE TEAMATES WILL DO 2 OF THE  LAPS IN THE ORDER YOU CHOOSE.

4X400  = 1 MILE RELAY

The order of the Laps are as followed:

LAP 1- 10 JUMPING JACKS RUN TO NEXT CONE -10 PUSHUPS RUN TO NEXT CONE- 10 SQUATS RUN TO NEXT CONE -10 FORWARD LUNGES RUN TO TEAM MATE.

LAP 2- SPRINT 400 meters TO TEAMMATE

LAP 3- 10 JUMPING JACKS RUN TO NEXT CONE -10 PUSHUPS RUN TO NEXT CONE- 10 SQUATS RUN TO NEXT CONE -10 FORWARD LUNGES RUN TO TEAM MATE.

LAP 4- Sprint 400 meters TO THE FINISH LINE

The Exercises will be labeled on the track and we hope to have some awesome volunteers to be modeling at each 100 stop for our 1st and 3rd lap runners.

There will be a Final Round.

2 Teams from Category A.

2 teams from Category B.

2 teams From category C.

Will battle it out for the 1st 2nd & 3rd Overall Champions of the Relay. 

Prizes for Each Category 1st Place Winner (Gift Cards for each member of the team)

Prizes for 1st 2nd & 3rd Overall Champions. 1st ( CASH ) & Trophy

 This is a family Friendly Event & is more of a Community Gathering! Come out, Eat a light Breakfast  Meet people, Cheer & have some Fun!
