Lace up, bring your friends, and sweat for a good cause! Inspired by fitness trail workouts, this charity event lets you take on a challenge at your own pace. Complete all fitness activities on your card and you've earned your event T-shirt.

Every participant also receives a water bottle and towel.

How It Works
Pick your level, grab your card, and begin your workout with a run:

Start with a run (half mile or mile)
Complete all activities on your card in any order

Turn in your completed card to claim your T-shirt
There are no timers and no pressure. It's go at your own pace, so walk, jog, rest, and cheer on others. Just finish what you start!

Tires and weights will be provided on site. No gym equipment needed!

Challenge 1: Perfect for first-timers, families, and anyone looking to get moving. Modify as needed and enjoy yourself!

Challenge 2: For the seasoned athlete who wants a serious test. Expect a full-body burn from start to finish.

Little Heroes Kids Challenge (Ages 10 and Under)
Our youngest participants get their own fun event! Kids complete silly, high-energy activities like:

Bear Crawls: Growl like a bear!
Jumping Jacks: How high can you go?
Frog Jumps: Ribbit, ribbit!
Animal Walks and Wiggles: Crab walks, penguin waddles, and more
Mini Sprint: A short dash to the finish line
Every little hero gets cheered across the finish line like a champion!

Pace: Go at your own speed
Every participant receives: T-shirt (upon completing the card), water bottle, and towel
