Description
ZO'S HEALTH & WELLNESS DAY - 5K RUN/WALK
Participants will converge on North Miami Athletic Stadium formerly known as the Ronald L. Book Athletic Stadium for activities such as a 5K Run/Walk, health screenings, mini sports clinics (football and basketball), STEM workshops, presentations, food demonstrations, and interactive zones with bounce houses, obstacle courses and rock climbing. This event pays respect to Alonzo’s active participation on former President Obama’s Council for Fitness, Sports and Nutrition. Parking will be located at FIU North Campus. Family Fun Day is a FREE event and the entire family is invited to participate. Be sure to register for the Sports Clinics and STEM workshop below. Spaces fill up fast.
