Westly's Virtual 5K

This is a virtual 5K, meaning you can complete 3.1 miles at your own pace, wherever you like, whenever you like. If you want to bike it, awesome. Kayak? Totally cool. Unicycle. Hey. You do you. If you want to complete 1.1 miles one day and 2 miles another day, that's OK, too.

Show us how you're completing it between Sept. 1 and Sept. 30 by emailing a photo to westly@healthywestorange.org,  or use hashtag #westlysvirtual5K (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter). Be sure to tag @healthywestorange if your post is private. Pick up your medal and T-shirt from 4-7 pm on Sept. 28 at Orlando Health-Health Central Hospital. Come into the Medical Offices entrance (facing Old Winter Garden Road), and follow the signs. Quantities are limited, so don't miss out. 

If you want to complete the 5K with a group, join us at 7:30 am, Sept. 29 for Westly's West Orange Walk at the Winter Garden station on the West Orange Trail. Check our social media accounts for more details.
